Christopher Baldwin
FOUNDER & CEO
Christopher Baldwin is an avid learner, connector, and community servant who founded Studio 2152 after six years' experience helping organizations uncover deep human insights and both innovate and foster long-term, sustainable growth through emerging consumer segments. His career has spanned multiple industries including consumer packaged goods and technology working at Procter & Gamble and Etsy. He is a proud graduate of Howard University and recently completed the Young Involved Philadelphia Board Prep Certification. Chris is passionate about helping others and actively volunteers for several nonprofits focused on environmental sustainability and community development in his hometown of Philadelphia.

Leslie Smith
VICE PRESIDENT, SOCIAL & COMMUNITY IMPACT
Leslie Smith is an impact-driven, solution-oriented leader who brings the resourcefulness and adaptability it takes to deliver outstanding results and foster collaborative relationships across diverse teams. With more than a decade of experience and excellence in developing, implementing, and managing human-centered programs, she is a global champion of sustainability, community engagement, and equity. Past projects include working on national programs with Nike, GENYOUth, and Feeding America, as well as international programs in Colombia, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic. Leslie received her bachelor's degree in Journalism from Temple University and her master's degree in International Relations & Development from Webster University.
